Salary: 110,000 Rupees/month, plus a revenue share of 10%

About the Role:
We are seeking a Corporate Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers a pathway to career advancement within the firm. The selected candidate will focus on providing legal services to our international clientele, specializing in corporate law, compliance, contracts, and other related areas.

Responsibilities:
Acquire and onboard new clients to our range of corporate legal services
Gain a comprehensive understanding of client needs, both at a personal and corporate level
Offer strategic legal advice and guidance to assist clients in achieving their objectives
Draft, scrutinize, and amend legal documents to meet client specifications
Cultivate and maintain client relationships, aiming for high client satisfaction and long-term engagement
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the firm, ensuring transparent and effective communication
Keep abreast of developments in corporate law and global legal trends to offer timely and relevant advice
Achieve or surpass performance metrics set by the firm, contributing to organizational growth
Engage in ongoing professional development activities
Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, prioritizing based on urgency and significance
Uphold the highest standards of legal compliance and adhere to the firm's policies in all client interactions and transactions
Requirements:
Minimum of an LLB from a foreign university
Proven experience in Corporate Law, and Compliance is mandatory
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adept at managing multiple clients and projects concurrently
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
