Job Title: Associate Partner (Accountancy)
Location: Plaza 14 A, Pakistani Chowk, DHA Phase 5, Lahore
Salary: 110,000 Rupees/month, plus a revenue share of 10%

About the Role:
We seek a dedicated and proficient Associate Partner with a background in accountancy to join our esteemed law firm. This role is pivotal in managing financial transactions and strategies for our international clientele, offering a promising career trajectory through our Partner Track. The successful candidate will be able to work closely with a diverse team of professionals, providing financial insights and strategies in various legal domains, including commercial law, corporate law, and Intellectual Property laws.

Responsibilities:
Solicit potential clients and onboard them to our accounting services
Develop a thorough understanding of client's requirements, their personal and corporate ambitions
Provide financial guidance and strategic advice to help clients fulfil their business goals
Draft, review and modify financial documents in alignment with client needs
Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty
Liaise between clients and the firm, facilitating clear communication
Stay updated with global financial trends to provide contemporary and relevant financial advice
Meet and exceed targets assigned by the firm, contributing to the firm's overall growth
Participate in regular training and development activities as part of the Partner Track program
Balance multiple clients and projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance
Ensure all interactions and transactions with clients comply with accounting standards and our firm's policies.
Requirements:
Minimum of ACCA qualification
Previous experience working with international clients is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adept at managing multiple clients and projects concurrently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Competitive salary of 110,000 Rupees/month
