  1. Junior Associate Partner: This is an entry-level role where individuals begin their careers, learning about the law firm's practices and starting to handle client portfolios under supervision.

  2. Associate Partner: As Associates, lawyers have gained some experience and can handle their cases with more autonomy. They are expected to meet set targets and maintain relationships with clients.

  3. Senior Associate Partner: Senior Associates have proven their ability to handle complex legal issues and have significant responsibility within the firm. They are key to maintaining client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

  4. Special Counsel Partner: This role is often reserved for experienced lawyers who have developed expertise in a specific area of law. They may advise on complex legal issues and are often involved in high-level decision-making.

  5. Non-Equity Partner: Non-Equity Partners are lawyers who have a high degree of responsibility within the firm but do not have an ownership stake. They may manage a team of Associates and are expected to meet higher targets.
